Although Vital Earth Products are some of the best on the market today, we understand that they don’t always work for everyone and every circumstance. We will gladly refund or exchange products within 45 days of purchase.
Please give us a call first. We will offer helpful suggestions that may allow you to continue to take the products. It is generally very difficult to find alternative products in the marketplace that are of comparable quality, absorbability, and effectiveness to the Vital Earth product line. Your particular concern may be as easy as reducing your dosage.
Since every “body” is different, no one can 100% guarantee how a supplement will work for every individual. Even your doctor doesn’t guarantee that a prescription will cure you or refund your money. Vital Earth products have helped thousands and we hope they are beneficial for you and your family too, but please be realistic in your expectations. Many health issues originating in nutritional deficiencies are years in the making. We stress over and over that a healthy diet is a major factor for achieving good health and should not be discounted or over-looked.
The benefits our products normally offer may be compromised if your diet is loaded with fast food, artificial ingredients, colorings, chemical additives, preservatives, hydrogenated oil, artificial sweeteners, MSG, and the over-consumption of white sugar and flour...but when Vital Earth products are taken in conjunction with a natural, healthy diet you can potentially reach new levels of energy, health, and mental clarity.
To return or exchange a product: If you decide you want to return or exchange a product, please call us to get an “RMA” number, (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please ship the product back to us and include a copy of your original paperwork if possible, or you can write your name, address, and phone on a paper and put this inside the return package with the RMA number written on it. We want to be sure to connect the return with your account so you’ll receive the proper credit. We will refund the cost of the product.
