Fulvic Minerals - The Complete Guide

Why Fulvic Minerals

Most supplements tell you what they contain. Ours tells you where it comes from.

Fulvic Minerals is derived from a single plant-derived freshwater source in the Southwest United States, naturally rich in fulvic content. Naturally alkaline, with nothing artificial added.

What you get is fulvic minerals in a naturally alkaline solution — the way they exist in nature, in a form your body has always known how to receive.

How It Works

Fulvic minerals are a naturally occurring complex of ionic trace minerals, organic acids, and bioactive compounds, formed as plant material broke down in freshwater environments.

What makes them remarkable is size and charge. Fulvic molecules are so small they pass directly through cell membranes that block most nutrients. They carry a natural ionic charge that bonds with minerals and helps carry them into the cell, where the body can actually receive and use them.*

Think of fulvic minerals as a delivery system nature spent a long time perfecting. Before modern agriculture changed our soils, fulvic was woven into much of what we ate. We simply preserved it the way nature made it and put it in a bottle.

Why alkaline matters

Our finished Fulvic Minerals formula is naturally alkaline; we do not use pH adjustment agents. Most fulvic acid supplements on the market are strongly acidic. A 2026 study published in Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group) reported that alkaline fulvic acid formulations performed better than acidic ones in cellular compatibility, gut microbiome support, and intestinal cell regeneration in a laboratory model.

This research examined fulvic acid as a compound, not our specific product.

Why ionic form matters

Ionic minerals carry an electrical charge that makes them readily recognizable to the body as nutritional molecules. A 2019 characterization study published in Foods (MDPI) reported that liquid fulvic acid beverages contained a full spectrum of over 70 ionic trace minerals in this bioavailable form.

What Is in This Bottle

Active ingredient: Fulvic minerals (Fulvic Mineral Complex).

Other naturally occurring components: 70+ ionic trace minerals and electrolytes, including naturally occurring silica, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

Ingredients

  • Fulvic mineral solution (plant-derived) — the only active ingredient
  • Purified water
  • Nothing else

What is not added

  • No added flavors or sweeteners
  • No artificial colors or preservatives

Source

Our fulvic minerals come from a single plant-derived freshwater source in the Southwest United States, naturally rich in fulvic content.

Quality

Manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility. Third-party tested for identity and trace mineral composition. Produced in small batches for quality and consistency.

How to Take It

Recommended serving: 1 fl oz (1 capful) daily.

The measuring cap included with every bottle equals exactly 1 fl oz. Take it straight from the cap, or mix into a glass of non-chlorinated water, juice, or coffee. Avoid mixing with chlorinated tap water. Shake gently before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 60 days of opening.

Pairs well with

For comprehensive daily vitamin support, combine with Super Multi Liquid Vitamins — fulvic minerals support the absorption of every vitamin and mineral in that formula.*

For bone, muscle, and sleep support, combine with Cal-Mag Liquid — calcium and magnesium are not included in Fulvic Minerals, making Cal-Mag a natural complement.

The Research

We reference peer-reviewed research on the ingredients in this product, not on our specific product. These studies examine fulvic acid and humic minerals as compounds, not our formula.

Study 1 — Gut microbiome and alkaline advantage

Rudnicka et al. (2026). Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group), 16:6166.

In a laboratory model, alkaline fulvic acid supported beneficial Lactobacillus populations and reduced pathogenic strains, with better cellular compatibility than acidic fulvic formulations.

Study 2 — Safety evaluation

Murbach et al. (2020). PMID 32993787.

A toxicological safety evaluation of a fulvic and humic mineral preparation reported no observed adverse effects at the doses tested.

Study 3 — Cellular energy support

Shilajit and fulvic acid (2020). Journal of Ethnopharmacology, PMID 32540412.

Fulvic acid is identified as a primary bioactive in Shilajit, with research documenting support for normal mitochondrial function.

Study 4 — Ionic mineral characterization

Characterization of fulvic acid beverages by mineral profile (2019). Foods (MDPI), 8(11):568.

Laboratory analysis confirmed the presence of over 70 ionic trace minerals in liquid fulvic acid beverages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the difference between fulvic minerals and fulvic acid?

A: Most supplements in this category are labeled “fulvic acid,” but what you are actually getting — and what we provide — is fulvic minerals: fulvic acid in ionic solution along with over 70 naturally occurring trace minerals. The minerals and the fulvic fraction work together.

Q: Why is your formula alkaline when most fulvic acid supplements are acidic?

A: Our finished formula is naturally alkaline, and we do not use pH adjustment agents. A 2026 study in Scientific Reports reported that alkaline fulvic acid formulas performed better than acidic ones in cellular compatibility and gut microbiome support.

Q: What makes your source different from other fulvic supplements?

A: Our fulvic minerals come from a single plant-derived freshwater source in the Southwest United States, naturally rich in fulvic content.

Q: How long before I notice results?

A: Every person is different, and fulvic minerals work at a cellular level, gradually and cumulatively. Some people notice changes in energy and digestion relatively quickly; others over several weeks. We recommend at least 30 days of consistent daily use before evaluating.

Q: Can I take this if I am on medication?

A: We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding any supplement if you take prescription medications. Fulvic minerals' natural transport properties can influence how the body processes other compounds.

Q: Is this safe to take every day long-term?

A: Yes. Fulvic minerals were part of the human diet for most of human history, delivered through food grown in mineral-rich soil. The safety of fulvic and humic preparations has been reviewed in peer-reviewed publications.

Q: What is the difference between Fulvic Minerals and Mineral Blend?

A: Fulvic Minerals contains the fulvic fraction only, focused on cellular transport and absorption. Mineral Blend adds the humic fraction, which supports the gut environment and microbiome.

Q: Is this product tested for heavy metals and contaminants?

A: Yes. Every batch is third-party tested for identity and trace mineral composition.
